Please allow 5-10 days for processing your order. Please note all body care and skin care are 100% Handcrafted and made to order. 

*NOTE: During restocks, holidays, sales & new releases, there can be an additional 3-5 business days of processing time.

 

Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

Please be aware that Aroma Natural Essentials utilize USPS for all shipping purposes. It usually takes 5-7days for orders to arrive at it's destination that is within the United States. For deliveries out of the United States, please allow 14-22 days  Aroma Natural Essentials is not responsible foe 

International Orders

Please allow 7-21 business days for International orders. Once your order is out of Aroma Natural Essentials possession and outside of the US, it is your responsibility to track your order. We are not responsible for customs fees that are charged by your local post office/government. We also do not provide any refunds for these fees because they are not applied on our behalf. Please check with your local post office/government for a fee chart. If any questions regarding your order, please contact your local post office. 

Tracking

Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
